基于MATLAB的光纤光谱仪校准的测试方法

摘要

采用光谱辐照度标准灯进行量值传递和MATLAB数据处理技术等来实现对光纤光谱仪的计量。简述了这种计量方法的工作原理以及数据处理过程。从理论分析和初步的实验结果证明了这一方法的有效性和可行性。%This test method for calibration is applicable to Fiber Spectral Instrument using a Standard Source of Irradiance ,which is based on MATLAB. The theoretical analysis and the preliminary experimental results prove the effectivity and practicability.
