智能电能表温度影响试验远程自动测试系统设计与应用

摘要

针对智能电能表环境试验中的温度影响试验项目进行自动测试系统研究。分析了该项目自动测试的必要性，提出了自动测试系统的软硬件设计方案，分别介绍了自动控温子系统、自动测量子系统、自动报警子系统这三个子系统的主要技术。应用证明，该系统能提高工作效率，降低差错率。%According to the requirements of smart meter environmental tests, this paper presents a remote automatic test system design method of smart meter temperature rise. The necessity of the project is analyzed. The system conifguration and software/hardware solutions are proposed, 3 automatic sub-systems are introduced separately, including temperature control, error measurement and alarm. The application cases indicate that this ATS system improves the test efifciency and reduces mistakes.
