第三方医药物流服务商评价模型的构建

摘要

在当前药品集中招标采购的大环境下,第三方医药物流服务商的综合评价和公平选择至关重要.本文在进行问卷调查的基础上,建立了第三方医药物流服务商的综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法和熵权法相结合的方法确定了各个评价指标的权重,最后运用TOPSIS法计算出各医药物流服务商的综合评价指数并进行优劣排序.%It is very important that integrated assessment and fair selection of third-partypharmaceutical logistics service providers in the bidding procedure of large regional congregate medicine purchases. This paper setup an integrated assessment index system to third-party pharmaceutical logistic service providers based on aquestionnaire investigation. The weight of every assessment index is calculated by AHP and entropy weight. At last, the optimal selection order of every third-partypharmaceutical logistics service pro-vidersis given based on the composite assessment index sys-temcalculated by TOPSIS method.
