温针灸联合阿托伐他汀对女性X综合征的影响

             

摘要

目的:探讨温针灸联合阿托伐他汀治疗方案在女性X综合征治疗中的应用价值。方法将80例女性X综合征患者,应用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例。对照组在常规治疗方案中加用阿托伐他汀治疗,观察组在常规治疗方案中加用温针灸联合阿托伐他汀治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果及治疗不良反应发生率。结果入组时,两组间心脏焦虑量表(CAQ)各项评分、CAQ 总评分、一氧化氮(NO)、血浆内皮素(ET-1)及高敏C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在完成8星期治疗后,观察组CAQ各项评分、CAQ总评分、ET-1及hs-CRP低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组NO高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,在完成8星期治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,在8星期的治疗时间内,两组间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论女性X综合征治疗中,温针灸联合阿托伐他汀治疗方案可提高临床治疗效果。%Objective To discuss the application value of the treatment protocol of combining warm needling and atorvastatin in treating female cardiac syndrome X (CSX). Method Eighty female CSX patients were randomized into a control group and an observation group by the random number table, 40 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by atorvastatin in addition to the conventional treatment protocol, while the observation group was by warm needling plus atorvastatin in addition to the conventional treatment. The treatment efficacies and adverse events rates were compared between the two groups. Result There were no significant between-group differences in comparing the component and total scores of the Cardiac Anxiety Questionnaire (CAQ), NO, plasma endothelin (ET-1) and hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels before the intervention (P>0.05);after 8-week treatment, the component and total scores of CAQ, ET-1, and hs-CRP levels were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, and NO level was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Meanwhile, at the end of the 8-week treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Besides, there was no significant difference in comparing the adverse events rate between the two groups during the 8-week treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of female CSX, warm needling plus atorvastatin can enhance the treatment efficacy.
