电针治疗乳腺增生病疗效观察

摘要

目的：客观评价电针治疗乳腺增生病的临床疗效。方法将160例乳腺增生病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。两组患者均于月经周期的黄体期开始进行治疗,治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用口服乳康舒胶囊治疗。观察两组治疗前后VAS评分、影像学评分及相关激素水平的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率和愈显率分别为83.3%和15.1%,对照组分别为83.5%和19.0%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分及影像学评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.05)。治疗组治疗后VAS评分及影像学评分与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。两组治疗后催乳素及雌二醇/孕酮与同组治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。治疗组治疗后催乳素及雌二醇/孕酮与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论电针是一种治疗乳腺增生病的有效方法。%Objective To objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.Method Totally 160 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 80 cases in each group. The two groups were both intervened in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle: the treatment group was by electroacupuncture, while the control group was by oral administration of Ru Shu Kang capsules. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), imaging score, and relevant hormone levels were observed before and after treatment, the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate and recovery plus markedly-effective rate were respective 83.3% and 15.1% in the treatment group, versus 83.5% and 19.0% in the control group, and the between-group differences were statistically insignificant(P>0.05). The VAS and imaging scores were significantly changed after intervention in both groups (P<0.01,P<0.05). After treatment, there were no significant differences in comparing the VAS and imaging scores between the two groups (P>0.05). The prolactin (PRL) and estradiol/progesterone levels didn’t show marked changes after treatment in the two groups (P>0.05). The differences in comparing the PRL and estradiol/progesterone levels between the two groups were statistically insignificant after intervention (P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture is an effective approach in treating hyperplasia of mammary glands.
