调督通任针刺法治疗中风后抑郁疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy ofTiao Du Tong Ren (regulating the Governor Vessel and Unblocking the Conception Vessel) needling in treating post-stroke depression.Method Sixty patients with post-stroke depression were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened byTiao Du Tong Ren needling, while the control group was by ordinary acupuncture. The Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) was observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The HAMD scores were significantly changed in both groups after intervention (P<0.05). The change of HAMD score after intervention in the treatment group was markedly different from that in the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionTiao Du Tong Ren needling method is an effective approach in treating post-stroke depression.%目的：观察调督通任针刺法治疗中风后抑郁的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组采用调督通任针刺法治疗，对照组采用常规针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分变化情况，比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%，对照组为80.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后HAMD评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组治疗前后HAMD评分差值与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论调督通任针刺法是一种治疗中风后抑郁的有效方法。
