针刺配合PNF技术治疗中枢性面瘫疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察针刺配合PNF技术治疗中枢性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将50例中枢性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组25例。治疗组采用针刺配合PNF技术治疗，对照组采用针刺配合营养神经药物治疗，两组均治疗4星期。两组治疗前后分别检测表面肌电图(SEMG)数据，并用MHBN评定量表评价面神经功能，从而评价两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为84.0%，对照组为68.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后SEMG数值(振幅和潜伏期)与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。治疗组治疗后 SEMG 数值(振幅和潜伏期)与对照组比较，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组治疗后MHBN评分与同组治疗前比较，差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论针刺配合PNF技术是一种治疗中枢性面瘫的有效方法，能恢复患者面神经功能。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) in treating central facial paralysis.Method Fifty patients with central facial paralysis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus PNF, while the control group was by acupuncture plus neural nutrition medicine, both for 4 weeks. The surface electromyogram (SEMG) was detected and MHBN scale was used to evaluate facial nerve function before and after treatment, for estimating the therapeutic efficacies of the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 84.0% in the treatment group versus 68.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SEMG values (amplitude and latent period) were significantly changed after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the SEMG values (amplitude and latent period) in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05). The MHBN scores were significantly changed after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus PNF is effective in treating central facial paralysis and can restore the facial nerve function.
