靳三针配合现代神经促进技术治疗小儿脑瘫临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of JIN'sthree needle acupuncture plus modern nerve facilitation technique in treating infantile cerebral palsy.Method Fifty-two patients were randomized into a treatment group of 26 cases and a control group of 26 cases. The treatment group was intervened by JIN'sthree-needle acupuncture plus modern nerve facilitation technique, while the control group was by bionic electrical stimulation. After 2 treatment courses, the treatment group and control group were compared with each other by the Gross Motor Function Measure (GMFM), time taken for 10 m walk, Berg Balance Scale (BBS), modified Barthel Index (MBI) and therapeutic efficacy.Result After the treatment, the GMFM, time taken for 10 m walk, BBS, and MBI scores were significantly improved in the two groups (P<0.05). There were significant differences in comparing the GMFM, time for 10 m walk, BBS, and MBI scores between the two groups (P<0.05). The total effective rates were respectively 92.3% and 76.9%in the treatment group and control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion JIN's three-needle acupuncture plus modern nerve facilitation technique can significantly boost the efficacy in treating cerebral palsy.%目的 观察靳三针配合现代神经促进技术治疗小儿脑瘫的临床疗效.方法 把52例患者随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(26例).治疗组进行靳三针配合现代神经促进技术治疗,对照组进行脑电仿生电刺激治疗.治疗组和对照组经过2个疗程后进行对比,包括了粗大运动评定量表(GMFM)、10米步行时间、Berg平衡量表、改良Barthel指数和治疗效果.结果 两组患者治疗后GMFM、10米步行时间、Berg平衡量表、改良Barthel指数都有显著好转(P<0.05).两组治疗后GMFM、10米步行时间、Berg平衡量表、改良Barthel指数等级比较差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.3%和76.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 靳三针配合现代神经促进技术可明显提高脑瘫患者的治疗效果.
