混合制冷天然气液化工艺模拟及优化研究

摘要

采用化工模拟软件HYSYS对珠海天然气液化工艺进行了模拟计算，分析了工艺参数的变化对流程性能指标(压缩机及泵的耗功、冷却器的制冷负荷及换热器中低压制冷剂的制冷量)的影响，并从降低流程耗功及制冷量的角度，给出了参数优化的建议。%　　This paper simulates Zhuhai’s natural gas liquefaction process by using chemical engineering process simulation software HYSYS, analyzing the effects of process performance index due to the change of process parameters, such as the power consumption of compressors and pumps, the refrigeration load of coolers and the refrigerating output of lower pressure refrigerant in the heat exchanger, and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the parameters from the aspects of reducing the power consumption and refrigerating output as well.
