电泳涂料防腐能力评价方法研究

摘要

电泳涂料对汽车的防腐能力具有至关重要的作用,电泳涂料的选材是汽车耐腐蚀性能开发工作中的重要一环,通过深入研究,提出了一套完善的评价方法.运用该评价方法可以对电泳涂料的防腐能力进行客观的分析,有利于不同电泳涂料之间防腐能力的横向比较,适合用于汽车新车型开发过程中的电泳涂料选材工作.%Electrophoretic coatings has the vital impact on the anticorrosion ability of the automobile. The selection of electrophoresis coatings is an important part during the development of the automobile anticorrosion ability. So a set of comprehensive evaluation method was put forward by in-depth study. The evaluation method could be used to make an objective analysis for the anticorrosion ability of the electrophoretic coatings,which was conducive to the horizontal comparison of the anticorrosion ability among different electrophoretic coatings. It was suitable for the selection of electrophoretic coatings during the development process of new vehicle.
