校企深度融合下的高职课程改革研究

摘要

文章阐述了当今职业教育形势下高等职业院校进行课程改革的重要性，探讨了校企深度融合下人才培养模式的创新及师资队伍培养的必要性和途径，理清了基于工作过程的任务引领型课程体系的建立思路，实施了“项目引领、任务驱动”的教学模式，改革了传统的评价方法，创新了评价模式。%This article describes the importance of curriculum reform of higher vocational college under the new vocational education situation, discusses the necessity and paths of the talent cultivation models innovation and teacher training, and clariifes the establishment thoughts of task-guiding curriculum system based on work process. In this article, the teaching model of project-guiding and task-driving is implemented, the traditional evaluation methods are reformed and evaluation models are innovated.
