拜耳法矿浆高效旋流分级技术应用

         

摘要

On the base of closed-circuit grinding process of one stage grinding, through improving the pulp mill with the new process of water-cyclone grinding, the ore pulp preparation in Bayer process realized high efficiency and low consumption. On the one hand, the qualified rate of the pulp particle size was increased from 65% before transformation to more than 95%, ensuring subsequent digesting effect;on the other hand, the productivity the pulp mill was advanced considerably, reducing inspection and maintenance.%  在原有一段磨闭路磨矿流程基础上,通过改进矿浆磨加水力旋流器磨矿新工艺,实现拜耳法原矿浆制备的高效、低耗。一方面矿浆粒度指标合格率由改造前的65%提高至95%以上,确保了后续溶出效果;另一方面大幅提高矿浆磨生产效率,减少了清检、维护工作量。
