莱钢2#1080 m3高炉热风炉动力系统优化改造

             

摘要

Pointing to some problems such as small exchange area, low exchange efficiency, big pressure fluctuation in hot blast stove of No.2 1 080 m3 BF in Laiwu Steel, a number of technical measures, included enhancing hot exchange efficiency of pre-heater of BF hot blast stove, optimizing combustion blast of hot blast stove, reforming recovery system of waste gas and reforming combustion fan, were applied to make a further match between the BF power system and BF volume. Through transformation, the average blast temperature is increased from 983.67℃to 1 007.33℃, the fuel ratio is decreased form 545.07 kg/t to 539.45 kg/t and the power cost of BF is saved of 10 million RMB every year.%山钢股份莱芜分公司炼铁厂2#1080 m3高炉热风炉采取提高热风炉预热器换热效率、优化改造热风炉助燃风、废气回收系统、应用局部加压技术、改造热风炉助燃风机等措施,使高炉动力系统与当前的高炉炉容进一步匹配,平均风温由983.67℃上升至1007.33℃,燃料比由545.07 kg/t下降至539.45 kg/t,高炉年节约动力成本1000余万元。
