美标A588 Grade A耐候结构钢板试制开发

摘要

Combining the design of no Ni chemical composition with rolling process, the development of A588GrA weathering steels was introduced this article. In the process of trial production, by appropriate optimizing heating process, the problems of poor descaling for steel plate surface were avoided. The A588GrA weathering steel plates that meet the standard requirements of ASTM A588/A588M-2010 were produced successfully.%采用无Ni成分设计体系，配合后续控轧控冷工艺，组织了美标耐候低合金钢A588 Grade A的试生产。试生产过程中，通过适当优化加热工艺，避免了钢板表面氧化铁皮清除不净的问题，最终生产出质量符合ASTM A588/A588M—2010标准要求的A588 Grade A耐候低合金钢板。
