胃周血管离断置泵化疗治疗不能切除的胃癌的研究

摘要

To treat the late gastric cancer which can’t removed by shuttingoff the blood vessels around the gastric cancer，and putting a chemiotherapy pump into the central blood vessel of the gastric cancer（the experimental group，n＝31）.By contrasting with those which only used? pump in the central blood vessel of gastric cancer（the control group，n＝30）.The result showed that serious changes of histopathology in the experimental group is mainer than the control group.And the method of the experimental group can decrease the volume of cancer，the happenings of upper digestive tract hemorrhage，the liver metastasis and upper digestive tract obstruction（P＜0.05）.And the survival rate is increased（P＜0.05）.It is showed that the method of the experimental group is an useful operational methed.%采用离断胃癌周围血管，并于主要供血血管置入化疗泵化疗治疗不能切除的晚期胃癌（试验组31例），与单纯胃癌周围主要供血血管置泵化疗（对照组30例）对比。结果显示试验组能够使癌肿组织病理学改变以重度变化为主，并且缩小癌灶，减少上消化道出血、肝转移及上消化道梗阻的发生，从而提高了生存率.两组治疗效果比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。认为该手术方法疗效确切，有临床实用价值。
