Objective To study the olfactory ensheathing cell (OECs) and vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) jointed transplant promote the synergy of sciatic nerve regeneration. Methods A total of 60 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, namely CON group, VEGF or OECs group, and VEGF + OECs group. Making big rat sciatic nerve defect models, respectively infusing right amount physiological saline, VEGF, OECs, VEGF and OECs in renewable indoor. General state of each rat was observed after operation, and at the 4 weeks and 12 weeks, Optical nerve regeneration was observed under electron microscope, detecting rat sciatic nerve electric physiology. Results In VEGF, OECs, VEGF + OECs group, there were statistically significant in data about promoting the growth of rat sciatic nerve fibers role (all P<0.05). Medulated nerve fibre number percross of sclatie nerve and its diameter, electrophysiologic study results and gastrocnemius green weight in VEGF + OECs group were higher than those in CON group. Conclusions VEGF and OECs all can promote the sciatic nerve regeneration, and have synergistic effect.%目的 探讨嗅鞘细胞(OECs)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)联合移植促进坐骨神经再生的协同作用.方法 取SD大鼠60只,随机分成4组,即生理盐水(CON)组、VEGF组、OECs组和VEGF+ OECs组.制作大鼠坐骨神经缺损模型,在再生室内分别注入CON、VEGF、OECs、VEGF+ OECs.术后观察各组大鼠一般状态,并于术后4周和12周在光镜、电镜下观察再生室神经再生情况,检测大鼠坐骨神经电生理情况等.结果 VEGF组、OECs组和VEGF+OECs组坐骨神经单位横断面有髓神经纤维计数及其直径,电生理检测结果及腓肠肌湿质量均高于CON组(P均<0.05).VEGF+ OES组神经纤维的组织形态学优于VEGF、OECs组.结论 OECs移植联合VEGF对大鼠神经再生均有明显的促进作用,二者有协同作用.
