自制简易皮片下负压引流装置在全、中厚皮片移植术中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨自制简易皮片下负压引流装置在全、中厚皮片移植术中的应用效果.方法 对32例色素痣或瘢痕切除后大面积皮肤软组织缺损患者行游离全、中厚皮片移植术,术中及术后采用自制的简易皮片下负压引流装置行负压引流,不打包加压,术后第1、3、5、7天换药.治疗时间9～14 d,平均10.3d.结果 31例患者一次性手术成功；术后14 d皮片成活良好,治愈出院1例由于出现并发症而再次手术.结论 简易皮片下负压引流装置用于全、中厚皮片游离移植术无需打包加压,可提高皮片成活率,减少住院天数.%Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of self-made negative pressure drainage device in full thickness or split thickness skin graft transplantation.Methods Thirty-two patients who needed full thickness or split thickness skin graft transplantation,with bulk skin and soft tissue defects from resection of scar or nevus,were treated by the technique of self-made negative pressure drainage.The.device was put under the skin graft during the operation and the dressing was changed on days 1,3,5 and 7 after the operation.The length of hospital stay was 9 ～ 14 days,average 10.3 days.Results 14 d after the operation,the skin grafts survived well.Only one case underwent reoperation because of complication and the others (31 cases) were operated successfully one trial.Conclusion The self-made simple negative pressure drainage device can be used in full thicrness or split thickness skin graft transplantation without package and pressurized fixation,promote the wound healing and skin graft survival; and decrease the complication and the hospital stay.
