碱性成纤维细胞生长因子对碱烧伤兔眼角膜新生血管的影响

             

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor ( bFGF) on the promotion of neovscu-larization in alkali burned rabbit corneas .Methods Establishing the alkali burned rabbit corneas models , and then dev-ided them into two groups .In the experimental group , bFGF was injected into conjunctiva of rabbits every week before lefe eye cornea transplantation , and then observing the formation of new blood vessels of cornea to evaluate the effect of bFGF on the neovscularization .The right eye of rabbit as the control group , only establishing the alkali burned rabbit corneas models and performing the implantations of keratoprothsis .Results The amount of neovascularization in the rabbit's corneas in ex-perimental group was larger than that in contral group statistically ,before or after implantation; The transplantated kerato-prothesis of experimental group grew well , there were no severe complications occurred such as meltage and perforation . Conclusions bFGF has a significant effect on promotion of neovascularization in alkali burned rabbit corneas and decrea -sing the inflammatory reaction .%目的:观察碱性成纤维细胞生长因子( bFGF)对碱烧伤兔眼角膜新生血管的影响。方法建立兔眼碱烧伤模型并行人工角膜移植术。兔左眼为实验组,移植人工角膜前后结膜下注射bFGF 1 U,1次/d。兔右眼为对照组,仅建立眼碱烧伤模型并行人工角膜移植术。观察两组角膜新生血管的形成情况。结果实验组角膜新生血管形成量大于对照组( P<0.01);实验组兔眼角膜—人工角膜复合体生长良好,无一例发生角膜溶解穿孔、脱出等严重并发症。结论 bFGF能明显促进碱烧伤兔眼角膜新生血管的形成,减轻炎症反应。
