Objective To investigate the status of asthma control and the parents′cognitive level of asthmatic children in Guiyang.Methods A total of 400 children with asthma who had been diagnosed at least 12 months be-fore were selected, and questionnaire survey was conducted on the parents about the status of asthma control and their cognitive level about asthma.After that, the results were analyed.Results In the past 12 months, 72.5% of asth-matic children had asthma attacks, 35.5% had visited the emergency room, and 17.8% of had been hospitalized. The children′s parents in 61.5% thought that the nature of asthma was a chronic airway inflammatory disease, 72 .3% thought asthma was able to control, 77 .0% thought asthma needed regular medication for a long time, and 86 .8% thought that long-term use of inhaled corticosteroids would affect children′s growth and development.When the acute asthma attacked, 37 .3%of parents would add antibiotics and 26 .5%would choose short-actingβ2-receptor agonists; meanwhile, 34 .2% of parents thought that asthmatic children could participate in the normal movement when the asthma was under control, 35.5%would let their children adhere to using medicines regularly, and 25.5%would bring their children to return visit hospital on time.Conclusion Children′s asthma is poorly controlled in Guiyang area, and some parents′cognitive level about asthma is low.%目的：了解贵阳地区支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）患儿病情控制情况及患儿家长对疾病的认知水平。方法选取贵阳地区400例病程超过12个月的哮喘患儿，对其家长就患儿哮喘控制状况及疾病认知水平进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果在过去12个月内，72．5％的患儿有过哮喘发作，35．5％的患儿有过因哮喘发作的急诊治疗，17．8％的患儿有过因哮喘发作导致的住院治疗。61．5％的患儿家长认为哮喘的本质是气道慢性炎症性疾病；72．3％认为哮喘是可以控制的；77．0％认为哮喘需要长期规律用药；86．8％认为长期吸入激素对患儿的生长发育有影响；在患儿哮喘急性发作时，37．3％的家长会加用抗生素，26．5％选择速效β2受体激动剂；34．2％认为患儿哮喘控制状态下可以参加正常运动；35．5％坚持给患儿长期规范用药；25．5％坚持定期带患儿复诊。结论贵阳地区哮喘患儿病情整体控制状况并不理想，部分家长对儿童哮喘的认知水平较低。
