检测小鼠血清3DAg-SERS基底制备及表征

         

摘要

Corrosion-in situ growth method was used to prepare 3DAg-SERS active acupuncture needle base and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy was used to determine p-aminothiophenol and mouse serum samples.The results showed that the linear relationship is good in the range of 10-4~10-12 mol/L, the lowest detection limit is 10-12mol/L;it can be used for the detection of mouse serum samples with 10-5 times than before;The reproducibility of the detection signal is good, RSD=2.74%.The SERS base detection sample is fast, accurate and suitable for the analysis of liquid samples, and has certain reference value for minimally invasive clinical sampling and body fluid detection methods.%腐蚀-原位生长方式制备3DAg-SERS活性针灸针基底并采用表面增强拉曼光谱法测定对氨基苯硫酚和小鼠血清样, 结果表明:对氨基苯硫酚在10-12~10-4mol/L浓度的范围内线性关系良好, 最低检出限为10-12mol/L;可用于小鼠血清样品的检测, 且最低可检出10-5倍原血清稀释液;基底检测信号的重现性良好, RSD=2.74%.该SERS基底检测样品快速、准确且适合分析液体类样品, 对微创临床取样、体液检测手段有一定的参考价值.
