山东道地药材全蝎HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要

目的:建立山东道地药材全蝎HPLC指纹图谱, 为其质量控制标准的制定提供依据.方法:色谱柱采用美国安捷伦科技公司ZORBAX SB-C18柱, 粒度为5μm, 4.6×250mm×4.6mm;流动相为乙腈-0.1％磷酸水 (非线性梯度洗脱) ;检测波长210 nm;进样量20μL;柱温:25℃;流速1.0 mL·min-1.结果:建立了山东不同产地10批全蝎的对照指纹图谱, 确立19个共有峰, 其中以16号色谱峰为内标参照峰, 各批次样品的指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.8.结论:该实验方法操作简便, 结果准确、可靠、重复性好, 可为山东道地药材全蝎的质量控制标准的制定提供有效的依据.%Objective:To establish The HPLC fingerprint of Scorpio in Shandong Province was established to provide basis for the quality control standard.Methods:The fingerprint was obtained on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) with the solvent system composed of Acetylonitrile (A) -0.1％ orthophosphoric acid (B) (nonlinear gradient elution).The detective wavelength was 210 nm;Samples 20 μL Column temperature 25 ℃;Flow rate 1 ml/min.Results:In the established fingerprint, 19 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Scorpio when taking NO.16 peak as the reference peak.The similarity between peaks was more than 0.80.Conclusion:The method can be used for the quality control of Scorpio with simple great precision and good reproducibility.
