优化资源配置对炼厂节能的影响分析

摘要

针对某石化公司炼油厂在进行原油配比、工艺流程、整体生产优化配置前后的能源优化利用进行了对比,讨论优化前后能源消耗的组成及采取的节能降耗措施,分析了资源配置优化对炼厂节能的影响,结果表明资源优化配置方案的实施有利于炼厂提高装置的能源利用水平,对今后能源优化的方法和途径进行了初步探讨.%Energy resource optimization was constrasted after implementing oil proportion optimization, technological process optimization and manufacture optimization.Parts of energy consumption and measures to reduce energy consumption were discussed. Effect optimum distribution of resources on energy conservation was analyzed. The results showed that the levels of energy utilization increase after implementing the schemes of optimum distribution of resources. Ways of energy optimum were investigated.
