Apparatus and methods for analyzing the effects of energy saving measures for retrofit of buildings are disclosed. The method of analyzing the effects of energy saving measures includes selecting an Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) determination method, selecting one or more ECMs according to the selected ECM determination method, analyzing the effects of the selected one or more ECMs, and Output the results of the analysis.
