不同硫化体系对打印机胶辊耐热性能的影响

摘要

试验研究了DCP交联剂对用于打印机取纸胶辊的EPDM胶料耐热性能的影响，并与使用硫黄硫化体系的EPDM胶料进行比较。使用DCP硫化的EPDM胶料耐热性提高、压缩永久变形减小，定伸应力提高，尺寸稳定性提高，能够满足使用要求。%The effects of DCP crosslinking agent on the heat resistance of EPDM used in printer rubber covered roller were studied in this paper .And the DCP was compared with sulfur curing system .The heat resistance , tensile stress and dimensional stability of vulcanized EPDM rubber with DCP were improved and the compression set was reduced .The results indicated that the rubber vulcanized with DCP could satisfy the operating requirements .
