氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯制备对硝基苯甲酸反应机理的验证与研究

摘要

Through research for reaction mechanism about nitrotoluene manufacture nitrobenzoic acid in oxygen liquid phase oxidation,explore oxygen liquid phase oxidation nitrotoluene manufacture nitrobenzoic acid of nitro acid reaction the reaction intermediate state , product structure , impurity content .We using modern analytical methods for analysis of the by -products,existing reaction mechanism to verify and research ,and combined with other experimental results found that P -nitrobenzyl anion and other important intermediates do exist .Thereby indirectly confirmed the reaction mechanism .%通过氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯制取对硝基苯甲酸的实验研究，探索氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯制取对硝基苯甲酸的反应过程、反应中间状态、产物及杂质的结构等相关内容，同时通过现代分析手段对副产品进行分析，对已提出的反应机理进行验证与研究，并结合其他实验结果间接地证实了对硝基苯甲基阴离子等重要中间体的存在，从而间接地证实了所提出的反应机理。
