某透平汽封供汽系统存在的问题及优化

It is lower than designed that the temperature of related turbine's seal steam.To solve the problem, steam condition in the seal steam supplying pipes is simulated by pipephase.Main cause of temperature drop is found, and methods of piping optimization is proposed, it can guide the design of the turbine's seal steam supplying system.%针对某装置出现的透平汽封蒸汽不合格问题,应用Pipephase软件分析得出管道系统设置的不合理是汽封供汽系统温降大的主要原因,提出了两种对现有管道系统优化的方案,并指出设计同类管道系统时应注意的问题,为同类系统的设计提供了参考.
