2-chloroquinoline-3-carbaldehyde was synthesized by Vilsmeier reaction.The materials ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time were inspected.The results of test show that: n(acetyl aniline)∶n(DMF)∶n(POCl3)=1∶2.5∶7;VR reagent prepared at 0~5℃;75~80℃ heating reaction 16~17 h.The yield of 2-chloroquinoline-3-carbaldehyde was 78.08%.The method has the advantages of simple operation,convenient source of raw materials and reagents,cost-effective and the high yield,which is suitable for industrialized production.%采用Vilsmeier反应合成2-氯-3-甲酰基喹啉.重点考察了投料比、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素.实验结果表明:n(乙酰苯胺)∶n(DMF)∶n(POCl3)=1∶2.5∶7;0~5℃下制备VR试剂;75~80℃加热反应16~17 h,2-氯-3-甲酰基喹啉收率达到78.08%.该方法操作简单、原料及试剂来源方便、价格便宜、目标产物收率较高,适合工业化生产.
