八种药剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊致毒效应研究

摘要

用药液定量滴加法确定5种速效和3种迟效杀虫剂对韭菜迟眼蕈蚊3龄幼虫毒力。结果表明，5种速效药对韭蛆的毒力顺序为50％辛硫磷＞20％吡虫啉＞40％毒死蜱＞4．5％高效氯氰菊酯＞20％噻虫嗪；3种迟效药中，以噻虫胺表现优异，而灭蝇胺、氟啶脲对韭蛆3龄幼虫的影响不显著。%The toxicity of 8 kinds of insecticides to the 3th larvae of Bradysia odoriphaga were conducted using the dripping ration liquid method.The results showed that the order of toxicity to leek root maggots were as following:50% phoxim >20% imidacloprid >40% chlorpyrifos >4.5% bata -cypermethrin >20% thia-methoxam.Clothianidin had the highest toxicity to the 3th instar larvae in 3 delayed insecticides,but cyroma-zine and chlorfluazuron had no obvious effect.
