Through irradiating bulbils of four Dioscorea opposita varieties with different dosages of 60 Co -γray,the emergence rate and weight of root -tuber were counted.The results showed that with the increase of radiation dosage,the radiation damage effect increased and the emergence rate declined.The emergence rate presented a linear relationship with radiation dosage with the equation as Y =-aX +b(a >0,b >0). The effects of different dosages of 60 Co -γray on M2 tuber of Dioscorea opposita were different among varieties. The radiation could increase the length and cross -section diameter of root -tuber of Jiaxiang Fuzz Yam,and improve the weight of per plant.The regular effects of radiation on the length of MYam tuber were not found, and 18 000 rad treatment obviously increased the weight per plant.The weight of Bracket Yam tuber presented a trend of firstly increase and then decrease with the increase of radiation dosage.60 Co -γray also presented irregular effects on Iron Stick Yam tuber.%以4个山药品种的零余子为材料,用不同剂量的60 Co -γ射线进行辐照处理,并调查统计各处理的出苗率及地下小块茎的重量。结果表明:随着辐射吸收剂量的增加,供试材料的辐射损伤效应也逐渐增大,出苗率下降;出苗率与辐射吸收剂量呈一元一次线性关系,其线性方程为:Y =-aX +b(a >0,b >0);不同吸收剂量处理对山药 M2代块茎的效应品种间表现不同:辐射可以增加嘉祥细毛长山药地下块茎的长度,增加横截面直径,提高单株重;辐射对米山药块茎长度的影响规律不明显,18000 rad 处理的单株重明显增大;随辐射剂量增加牛腿山药地下块茎重量呈先增加后降低趋势;辐射对铁棍山药地下块茎的影响无明显规律。
