葡萄糖氧化酶和细胞色素C对盐生杜氏藻细胞密度及β-胡萝卜素积累的影响

             

摘要

Using Dunaliella salina YC01., isolated from Yuncheng Salt Lake, as material, the effects of exogenous glucose-oxidase and cytochrome C on the growth of D.salina andβ-carotene accumulation were investigated.The results showed that the cell density and β-carotene content of D.salina were both maxi-mum when the concentrations of glucose-oxidase and cytochrome C were 9 mg/L and 1 μmol/L, respective-ly.It indicated that the optimal additive concentrations of glucose-oxidase and cytochrome C were 9 mg/L and 1 μmol/L.%为了解外源物质对盐生杜氏藻( Dunaliella salina)生长和β-胡萝卜素积累的影响,本试验以分离自运城盐湖的一株盐生杜氏藻( D.salina YC01.)为材料,在培养基中添加外源葡萄糖氧化酶和细胞色素C,研究其对盐生杜氏藻细胞密度和β-胡萝卜素含量的影响。结果表明,葡萄糖氧化酶浓度9 mg/L、细胞色素C浓度1μmol/L时,盐生杜氏藻细胞密度和β-胡萝卜素含量同时最大,因此,为两种外源物质的最优添加浓度。
