盐碱胁迫对花生脂肪酸品质的影响

         

摘要

In order to determine the effects of saline-alkaline stress on the quality of peanut fatty acids,45 peanut varieties and breeding materials were planted in the breeding field and saline-alkaline land.At the mature period,the seed samples of each variety were mixed separately,the contents of 8 kinds of fatty acids were measured using gas chromatography,and the change of each fatty acid component was studied with the principal component analysis method.The results showed that peanut acid,arachidonic acid,tetracosenoic acid,palmitic acid and stearic acid were largely influenced by saline-alkaline stress,while the main fatty acids in peanut including oleic acid and linoleic acid were less changed under saline-alkaline stress.It indicated that the effects of saline-alkaline stress on the quality of peanut fatty acids were small.%为了确定盐碱胁迫对花生脂肪酸品质的影响,在花生育种田和盐碱地上分别种植45个花生品种及育种材料,成熟期分别将种子混合取样,采用气相色谱法测定种子的8种脂肪酸含量,利用主成分分析法研究各脂肪酸组分变化情况.结果表明,花生酸、花生烯酸、二十四碳烷酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸受盐碱胁迫影响较大,而花生脂肪酸的主要成分油酸、亚油酸变化较小,说明盐碱胁迫对花生脂肪酸品质变化的影响较小.
