To explore the effects of heat stress on photosynthetic characteristics and physiological indexes of rice,taking 10 rice varieties as materials,the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),peroxidase (POD),methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA),net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content were determined.The results showed that the SOD and POD activities and the MDA content increased with the extension of stress time.The activity of SOD increased the most,and the content of MDA increased the fewest in D You 3138.The net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content gradually decreased with the extension of stress time.The net photosynthetic rate and chlorophyll content in D You 3138 were higher.The comprehensive physiological indexes and phenotypic characterization after heat stress showed that D You 3138 had stronger heat resistance at seedling stage.%为探索热胁迫对水稻光合特性和生理指标的影响,以10个水稻品种为试材,研究热胁迫对其SOD、POD、MDA、净光合速率、叶绿素含量的影响.结果表明:各水稻品种的SOD、POD、MDA含量随胁迫时间的延长呈增加趋势,其中品种D优3138的SOD增加最多,MDA增加最少;净光合速率和叶绿素含量随胁迫时间的延长逐渐减少,与其他品种相比,D优3138在热胁迫情况下仍然保持较高的净光合速率和叶绿素含量.通过综合生理指标和热胁迫后表型鉴定,得出D优3138在苗期表现出较强的耐热性.
