为了培育出花色艳丽的三倍体紫薇新品种,本试验以二倍体紫薇品种(‘六月飞雪’、‘泮河2号’、‘紫抗1号,和‘紫抗2号,)与四倍体紫薇(‘四海升平’)为亲本,分别进行杂交试验,并对杂交后代的花性状、叶性状、株高、地径进行遗传分析,同时进行倍性检测.结果表明,各杂交组合后代均检测到三倍体的存在.%In order to breed a new triploid variety of Lagerstroemia indica L.with beautiful flowers,the diploid (Liuyuefeixue,Panhe 2,Zikang 1 and Zikang 2) and tetraploid (Sihaishengping) varieties were conducted a deal of cross combinations.The genetic analyses on flower characters,leaf characters,plant height and ground diameter of F1 generation and the ploidy detection were carried out.The results showed that there was triploid Lagerstroemia indica L.founded in each F1 generation.
