Conclusion: Liquid based cytology producer joint liquid based residual liquid HPV16 /18 cells detection can add cytology results, the screening early cer ical cancer to have the important meaning.%目的:探讨LTS液基细胞学联合液基细胞残留液HPV16/18检测筛查宫颈癌前病变的临床应用价值.方法:采用LTS液基细胞制片法检测1000例患者宫颈外口及颈管脱落细胞和分泌物,将剩余液基细胞残留液进行HPV16/18免疫印记法检测.HPV16/18阳性且高度怀疑宫颈病变患者进行阴道镜下多点活检,结合病理结果分析宫颈病变.结果:1000例样本经LTS检测正常者870例,ASCUS 24例,ASCUS-H 26例,LSIL 61例,HSIL 19例.130例细胞学异常者阴道镜下多点组织活检证实炎症71例,CINI 18例,CINII 21例,CI NIII 13例,浸润癌2例,湿疣5例.免疫印记法检测HPVDNA发现HPV16/18感染率分别为:正常或炎症21.1％,CINI 16.7％,CINII 33.3％,CINIII 69.2％,浸润癌100％,湿疣40.0％.65例LTS正常,HPV16/18阳性患者病理检测显示炎症51例,CINI 19例,CINII 5例.LTS正常或炎症和HPV16/18阳性患者中,宫颈病变的检出率为21.5％.结论:液基细胞学制片联合液基细胞残留液HPV16/18检测可以补充细胞学检查结果,对筛查早期宫颈癌有重要意义.
