突变型P53、P170在口腔涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中表达的意义

摘要

目的:研究突变型P53、P170在口腔涎腺腺样囊性癌组织(SACC)中的表达情况.方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测35例口腔SACC标本和10例正常口腔组织中突变型P53 和P170的表达.结果:突变型P53、P170在口腔SACC组织中表达率分别为52.94%,82.35%,与正常组织相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).突变型P53和P170在实体型SACC中的表达率高于其在腺样-管状型中的表达率,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:口腔SACC中突变型P53和P170的检测,对于了解SACC对化疗药物的敏感性及临床治疗药物的选择和判断预后有参考价值.%Objective:To study the mutation to pick, P170 P53 type in oral saliary gland adenoid cystic carcinoma (the) SACC expression. Methods:Thirty-five patients immune used. Cells were testing oral saliary gland ACC specimens and 10 cases of normal tissue type mutations of oral expression P53 and P170.Results: Mutations in the oral cavity, P170 P53 type SACC organization 52. 94％ respectively, expression,compared with the normal tissue 82. 35％ difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01). P53 and P170 type mutations in the physical model of expression rate were higher than those SACC in adenoid-tubular type of expression rate , remarkable difference. Conclusion : oral SACC P53 and type of mutations in the detection, P170 SACC judgment of chemotherapy drugs in clinical drug therapy and the sensitivity of the selection and prognosis has reference value.
