Objective:Myocardial infarction in patients with stable angina pectoris draw the ROC curve of high-sensitivity troponin T (cTnT) and troponin T (cTnT),the superiority of the comparison of the two methods.Methods:Electrochemical immunoassay luminescence determination of the MI group,stable angina group and the healthy control group,serum high sensitivity cTnT and cTnT,and high-sensitivity cTnT and cTnT statistics and ROC analysis.Results:Finally ultra sensitive cTnT diagnoses at the cardiac arrest the sensitivity was 82.6 ％,the peculiarity was 92.3 ％,the masculine result forecast value was 97.9 ％,the diagnosis marginal value was 0.035ng/ml;The cTnT sensitivity was 78.3％,the peculiarity was 84.6％,the masculine result forecast value was 94.4％,the diagnosis marginal value was 0.079ng/ml.Under ultra sensitive cTnT ROC curve area AUC=0.916,cTnT AUC =0.856. Conclusions:Serum high sensitivity cTnT diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction sensitive and specific diagnostic indicators,significantly better than cTnT can be used as a diagnostic marker in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction,at the same time be able to identify myocardial infarction and stable angina pectoris.%目的:通过对心肌梗死与稳定型心绞痛患者绘制超敏肌钙蛋白T (cTnT)和肌钙蛋白T(cTnT) ROC曲线,对比两种方法的优越性.方法:采用电化学免疫发光法测定心梗组、稳定型心绞痛组与健康对照组的血清超敏cTnT和cTnT,并对超敏cTnT和cTnT进行统计学和ROC分析.结果:超敏cTnT在心肌梗死诊断中的敏感度82.6％,特异度92.3％,阳性结果预测值97.9％,诊断临界值0.035ng/ml; cTnT的敏感度78.3％,特异度84.6％,阳性结果预测值94.4％,诊断临界值为0.079ng/ml.超敏cTnT的ROC曲线下面积AUC=0.916,cTnT的AUC＝0.856.结论:血清超敏cTnT是诊断急性心肌梗死灵敏而特异的诊断指标,明显优于cTnT,可作为诊断急性心肌梗死的辅助诊断指标,同时能够鉴别心肌梗死和稳定型心绞痛.
