泪道激光成形术联合泪道支架植入术治疗慢性鼻泪管阻塞30例

摘要

Objective:Explore Nd:YAG laser in combination with the lacrimal stent implantation treatment of chronic nasolacrimal duct obstruction .Methods :Chronic nasolacrimal duct obstruction in 60 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 cases .Control group lacrimal laser angioplasty treatment ; treatment group , while laser angioplasty lacrimal stent implentation .All patients were regularly flush the tear duct .Results :Follow-up of 12 mouth , treatment group , 23 were cured , improved in 6 invalid 2 .The control group were cured 6 ,13 improved , invalid 12 .The efficacy of the treatment group compared with control group ,the difference between the two groups was statistically sig -nificant (P<0 .01) .Conclusion :Lacrimal laser angioplasty joint lacrimal stent implantation in the treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction higher efficacy is a better method for the treatment of chronic nasolacrimal duct obstruction .%目的:探讨Nd:YAG激光联合泪道支架植入术治疗慢性鼻泪管阻塞的疗效.方法:慢性鼻泪管阻塞患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例.对照组进行泪道激光成形术治疗;治疗组采用泪道激光成形术的同时,植入泪道支架.术后均定期冲洗泪道.结果:随访12月.治疗组:治愈23眼,好转6眼,无效2眼.对照组:治愈6眼,好转13眼,无效12眼.治疗组的疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:泪道激光成形术联合泪道支架植入治疗鼻泪管阻塞疗效更高,是治疗慢性鼻泪管阻塞的较好方法.
