目的：：观察输卵管性不孕宫-腹腔镜手术联合活血中药灌肠治疗的临床疗效。方法：将我院行宫-腹腔镜联合手术治疗的80例输卵管性不孕患者随机分为两组，每组各40例，治疗组患者在宫-腹腔镜术治疗后予以常规抗生素及活血中药灌肠治疗，对照组患者宫-腹腔镜术后只予常规抗生素治疗。观察治疗前、术后半年患者输卵管通畅情况、中医症状总积分、中医证候疗效及炎症介质IL-6的变化情况。结果：治疗组半年后，患者输卵管通畅疗效的总有效率比对照组有一定程度的提高，但两组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗组中医症状总积分比对照组显著降低、中医证候疗效显著(P<0.05)；在实验室指标方面，治疗组患者血浆IL-6的含量也显著降低(P<0.05)。结论：宫-腹腔镜手术联合活血中药灌肠法是治疗输卵管性不孕症有效的方法，可有效改善患者中医症状、减少炎症介质的释放，在一定程度上降低输卵管再通后的复粘率。%Obj ective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of tubal infertility laparoscopy surgery combined with enema therapy.Methods:The 80 cases of tubal infertility palace laparoscopic surgery in our hospital treatment were ran-domly divided into two groups,each of 40 patients,the treatment group Palace-laparoscopic surgery to be routine antibi-otics and enema treatment Palace of the patients in the control group-only to conventional laparoscopic surgery antibiot-ics.Observed before treatment,after six months in patients with tubal patency,clinical symptoms total score,TCM syn-dromes and inflammatory mediators IL-6 to changing circumstances.Results:After six months of treatment group,pa-tients with tubal patency efficacy of the total efficiency of a certain degree of improvement than the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference compared (P> 0.05),significantly lower symptom total score of TCM treatment group than in the control group TCM syndromes significantly (P<0.05);in the laboratory indicators,IL-6 content of plasma-treated patients was also significantly lower (P <0.05).Conclusion:Palace-the laparoscopic surgery combined traditional Chinese medicine enema method is an effective method in treatment of tubal infertility,which can ef-fectively improve TCM symptoms and reduce the release of inflammatory mediators,to a certain extent,reduce the fallo-pian tube recanalization after complex adhesive rate.
