Combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in the treatment of tubal infertility

From July 1991 to June 1996 169 cases of tubal infertility were treated by surgery combined laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. The procedure include: Adhesiolysis of perisalpingoovaritis, dilation of fallopian tube, salpingostomy, endometriosis cautery, enucleation and puncture of endometrioma, excision of Morgani cyst. Meanwhile hysteroscopic catheterization and hydrotubation monitoring by laparoscopy.
