活血通络方联合西药对前部缺血性视神经病变患者的疗效及视力影响

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and vision Huoxuetongluo prescription influence of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine for patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in nature .Meth‐ods:98 patients were randomly divided into two groups based on the random number table ,all 49 cases .The control group with western medicine ,combined with the observation group promoting blood circulation in the control group on the basis of collaterals decoction treatment .Results:The total efficiency of the observer (95 .92% ) was significantly higher (77 .55% ) (P<0 .05);after treatment ,the patients in the observation group index of ~ 1 .0 ,1 .0 was significant‐ly more than the control group (P<0 .05);after treatment ,EDV and PSV observation group was significantly higher (P<0 .05);the treatment process two groups of patients were not obvious adverse reactions .Conclusion:Huoxuetongluo prescription efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine anterior ischemic optic neuropathy in patients with significant .%目的：探讨活血通络中药联合西药对前部缺血性视神经病变患者的疗效及视力影响。方法：按照随机数字表法将纳入本组98例患者机分为治疗组和对照组各49例。对照组给予西药治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上结合活血通络中药汤剂治疗。结果：观察者总有效率（95．92％）显著高于对照组（77．55％）（ P棓0．05）；治疗后，治疗组指数～1．0、1．0患者显著多于对照组（P棓0．05）；治疗组治疗后EDV和PSV 显著高于对照组（P棓0．05）；两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论：活血通络中药联合西药对前部缺血性视神经病变患者的疗效显著。
