目的：探讨扶正培本汤对宫颈癌患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响。方法：选择到我院妇产科就诊的87例宫颈鳞癌患者，Ⅰb期46例，Ⅱa期41例。将所有患者随机分为对照组及治疗组，分别有42例、45例，对照组采用常规疗法，治疗组加用扶正培本汤（黄芪、太子参、女贞子、枸杞、丹参、白术、陈皮、川牛膝等）治疗，对各期化疗后不良反应、免疫功能及生存质量进行分析。结果：治疗组厌食、恶心呕吐、腹泻、乏力等不良反应显著低于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（χ2＝8．921，P＜0．05）。治疗组患者CD4＋ T 淋巴细胞、CD8＋ T 淋巴细胞均显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05） ，CD4＋ ／CD8＋未见显著统计学差异（ P＞0．05） ，治疗组治疗后自觉症状、心理情绪状态、躯体功能、日常生活等显著高于对照组（ P＜0．05） ，但社会活动评分未见显著性差异（ P＞0．05）。结论：扶正培本汤有助于改善宫颈癌患者化疗后免疫功能并提高生存质量，并减轻患者化疗后不良反应。%Objective:To investigate the impact of Fuzhengpeiben Decoction on immune function and quality of life of cancer patients .Methods:87 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients in our hospital obstetrics and gyne‐cology clinic were enrolled ,there were Ⅰb of 46 cases ,Ⅱa of 41 cases .All patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups ,there were 42 cases ,45 cases separately .The control group received conventional therapy ,the treatment group accepted Fuzhengpeiben Decoction ( Astragalus ,heterophylla ,Ligustrum lucidum ,wolfberry ,Salvia At‐ractylodes ,Citrus ,Cyathula ) treatment ,adverse reactions ,immune function and quality of life were analyzed after each chemotherapy .Results :Anorexia ,nausea ,vomiting ,diarrhea ,fatigue and other adverse reactions in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 8 .921 , P <0 . 05) .CD4 + T lymphocytes ,CD8 + T lymphocytes were significantly higher (P <0 .05) ,CD4 + /CD8 + showed statistically significant difference (P> 0 .05) after treatment ,symptoms ,psychological and emotional state ,significantly higher physical function ,daily life showed significant difference (P < 0 .05) ,but the social activity score showed significant difference (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion :Fuzhengpeiben Decoction helps to improve immune function in cancer patients after chemotherapy and improve quality of life and reduce adverse reactions in patients after chemotherapy .
