Objective:To analyze the effect of CSDP combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction patients and their impact on Hemorheology .Methods:64 cases of coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups ,were all treated with conventional therapy ,the control group received trimetazidine treatment basd on conventional therapy ,the observation group received CSDP treat‐ment on the basis of the control group ,cardiac function ,the effect and hemorheology in two groups were compared .Re‐sults After 8 weeks of treatment ,LVESD ,LVEF and LVEDD in both groups were better than treatment before (P<0 . 05) ,and the above‐mentioned observation group were better than the control group (P<0 .05);the observation group to‐tal effective rate was 87 .5% than in the control group was 71 .9% ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);high shear whole blood viscosity ,low shear whole blood viscosity ,plasma viscosity values ,erythrocyte aggregation index of the observation group were significantly lower than treatment before (P<0 .05) ,the indicators in the control group be‐fore and after treatment there were no significant different (P> 0 .05);two groups were not obvious adverse reactions . Conclusion :CSDP combined with trimetazidine in treatment of coronary heart disease with left ventricular dysfunction compared trimetazidine has more effective in improving cardiac function parameters and rheology ,significant effect ,and adverse reactions is no significant .%目的：分析复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪对冠心病合并左心功能不全患者的治疗效果及对其血液流变学的影响。方法：选取64例冠心病合并左心功能不全患者，随机分为两组，均接受常规治疗，在此基础上对照组采用曲美他嗪治疗，观察组在对照组基础上采用复方丹参滴丸治疗，比较两组心功能指标、疗效及血液流变学变化情况。结果：治疗8周后，两组L V ESD、LVEF和LVEDD均优于治疗前（P＜0．05），且观察组上述指标优于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组治疗总有效率为87．5％，对照组为71．9％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度值，红细胞聚集指数均较治疗前降低明显（ P＜0．05），而对照组治疗前后各项指标下降不明显（ P ＞0．05）；两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论：复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病合并左心功能不全相比曲美他嗪更能有效改善患者心功能指标和血液流变学特性，疗效显著，且无明显不良反应。
