Objective :To study Bailing capsule adjuvant treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome (PNS) ,the clinical curative effect and the micro organism cellular immunity function ,the influence of the inflammatory state . Methods :60 cases of patients with PNS as the research object were randomly divided into observation group and control group 30 cases each .The control group given conventional treatment ,the observation group in the control group treatment based upon treatment with Bailing capsule .Observed two groups of patients before treatment and 6 months after treatment of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) ,tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF alpha) level changes ,and evaluate the clinical efficacy .Results :6 months after treatment ,the observation group level peripheral blood CD4 + T cells and CD4 + /CD8 + ratio were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0 .05) .Two groups of patients with hs CRP ,serum TNF alpha level was sig-nificantly reduced ,and the detection value of observation group was obviously lower than that of control group (P<0 .05) .Observation group and control group total effective rate and complete remission rate is not obvious difference (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion :Patients with primary nephrotic syndrome ,on the basis of conventional symptomatic treat-ment such as used for capsule ,better able to correct the body micro cellular immune dysfunction and inflammatory state ,improve the clinical curative effect .%目的 :探讨百令胶囊辅助治疗原发性肾病综合征(PNS)的临床疗效及对机体细胞免疫功能、微炎症状态的影响.方法:收治的60例PN S患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例.对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用百令胶囊治疗.观察两组患者在治疗前及治疗后6个月的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以及血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(T N F-α)的水平变化,同时进行临床疗效评价.结果:治疗6个月后,观察组外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞水平以及CD4+/CD8+比值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).两组患者血清hs-CRP、TNF-α水平均较治疗前明显降低,其中观察组检测值明显低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组与对照组的总有效率及完全缓解率差异无统计学(P>0.05).结论:原发性肾病综合征患者,在常规对症治疗基础上加用百令胶囊,能较好地纠正机体的细胞免疫功能紊乱及微炎症状态,一定程度上提高了临床疗效.
