半夏益中汤对慢性浅表性胃炎患者血清趋化因子、CRP、IL-32水平的影响研究

摘要

目的:结合临床实践经验,观察分析自拟半夏益中汤对于慢性浅表性胃炎患者血清趋化因子(MCP-1)、CRP、IL-32水平的影响.方法:选取慢性浅表性胃炎患者92例,采用数字随机法,均分为观察组与对照组各46例,对照组患者给予多潘立酮与奥美拉唑联合治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予自拟半夏益中汤治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果,并对两组患者MCP-1、CRP、IL-32等指标进行比较,观察并比较两组治疗前后生活质量.结果:两组患者治疗前的MCP-1、CRP、IL-32对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后的MCP-1、CRP、IL-32指标显著改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的生活质量显著升高(P<0.05),且观察组患者的生活质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:自拟半夏益中汤治疗能够有效改善慢性浅表性胃炎患者的MCP-1、CRP、IL-32水平,治疗效果良好,患者生活质量显著提高.%Objective:Combined with clinical practice experience,the effects of the decoction on serum chemo-kines(McP-1),CRP and il-32 levels in patients with chronic superficial gastritis were observed and analyzed.Meth-ods:Selected 92 cases of patients with chronic superficial gastritis,adopting digital random method,were divided in-to observation group and the control group(n=46),control group patients give domperidone and omeprazole,on the basis of the observation group patients give the Banxia Yizhong decoction in treatment,compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients,and the two groups of patients,CRP,MCP-1,IL-32 indexes such as comparison, observe and compare the two groups before and after treatment the quality of life.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment of McP-1,CRP,and IL-32(P<00.05). The MCP-1,CRP and IL-32 indicators were significantly improved after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The quality of life after treatment was significantly higher in both groups(P<0.05),and the quality of life of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Yizhong decoction can effectively improve the patients with chronic superficial gastritis,MCP-1,CRP,IL-32,treatment effect is good,the quality of life in patients with in-creased significantly,is worth further promotion in the clinical practice.
