绕组设计参数对电力变压器抗短路能力的影响研究

         

摘要

电力变压器在制造过程中,其绕组设计参数由于种种原因会出现一定的误差,影响变压器的抗短路能力.基于蒙特卡洛模拟理论,分析了绕组设计参数服从正态分布下的电力变压器内绕组辐向受力与临界失稳强度的分布特性.根据应力-强度干涉模型,改进了传统的电力变压器内绕组辐向抗短路能力的评估方法.结果表明,绕组设计参数的误差范围与电力变压器内绕组辐向抗短路能力的可靠度关系紧密,误差范围愈大,可靠度就愈低,反之,其可靠度愈高.%The winding design parameters of power transformer will be some error in the manufacturing process due to various reasons, thus affecting the transformer's ability to withstand short circuit. Based on the Monte Carlo simulation theory,the distribution characteristics of radial stress and critical buckling strength in the windings of power transformer are analyzed when winding design parameters all follow the normal distribution.According to the stress-strength interference model,the traditional evaluation method of radial anti-short-circuit capability of inner windings in power transformer is improved.The results indicate that the error range of the winding design parameters is closely related to the reliability of radial anti-short-circuit capability of inner windings in power transformer.The larger the error range,the lower the reliability.Otherwise,the higher the reliability.
