一株放线菌代谢产物对桑种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

为拓宽放线菌生物活性物质的功能应用,用不同浓度的蚯蚓内附生放线菌AEC 2代谢物处理桑种子,探讨其对桑种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:放线菌AEC 2代谢物能够提高桑种子的质量和品质,提高种子发芽率和发芽势,缩短发芽时间,提高胚轴/胚根长,且浓度越低效应越好,但差异不显著.AEC 2代谢物能够显著提高幼苗可溶性蛋白含量、促进种子中贮存物快速转化为可溶性糖类、提高氧化酶活性,平衡氧化和抗氧化水平,使幼苗的新陈代谢水平处于活跃状态.在试验浓度范围内以0.031 25 mg/ml效果最佳.%In order to extend the application of Actinomycete active substance, seed germination and seedling growth of mulberry seeds treated by Actinomycete AEC 2 metabolin in this paper. Results showed that Actino-mycete AEC 2 metabolin could increase the quality and character of mulberry seeds by enhancing the germina-tion rate and germination potential, shorten germination time, increase hypocotyl radicle. The influence was bet-ter at lower concentration. The metabolin also could rise soluble protein content remarkably, accelerate the translation of substance in seeds to soluble sugar, increase oxidase activities, balance oxidation and antioxida-tion. By this way,seedling metabolism was in the active state. In the range of the test concentration,the effect at 0.031 25 mg/ml was better.
