通过研究美国城市旅游发展、旅游资源开发与保护、旅游服务、娱乐购物业等方面的一些成功经验与做法,针对四川旅游业发展实际,提出了完善旅游产业结构,发挥旅游的教育和文化传播功能,打造都市旅游品牌,形成促销合力等.为四川发展城市旅游提供借鉴的理念和管理经验,对四川发展旅游具有重要的参考价值.%This paper introduces some successful experience in American urban tourism, resource exploitation and protection, tourism service, shopping and entertainment and, on the basis of that, presents valuable conceptions and administration advice for the development of Sichuan tourism, such as improving the structure of tourism industry, employing the functions of instruction and cultural transmission of tourism, establishing the brand of urban tourism and forming joint forces of promotion.
