In order to effectively deal with the negative impact caused by tourism crisis and promote healthy development of tourism industry in Hailuogou scenic spot, this paper analyzes the types and factors of tourism crisis in Hailuogou scenic spot based on the mutation theory. The study reveals that, as a mutant phenomenon not conducive to the tourism development, Hailuogou tourism crisis is caused by natural disasters and human factors, including political events and public health events. To prevent and control the occurrence and development of Hailuogou tourism crisis, it is necessary to take a series of appropriate measures focusing on management agencies, crisis warning mechanism, crisis management, crisis awareness and tourism development mode, etc.%为有效应对旅游危机带来的负面影响,推动海螺沟景区旅游业的健康发展,基于突变理论,分析了海螺沟景区旅游危机的类型与诱因.研究发现,海螺沟景区旅游危机是由自然灾害、人为因素综合作用产生的不利于海螺沟景区旅游发展的突变现象.要预防、控制海螺沟景区旅游危机发生和发展,必须围绕“管理机构、危机预警机制、危机事件处理、危机意识与旅游发展模式”等,采取相应的对策措施.
