高校在卓越工程师工程实践能力培养中的角色探讨

摘要

Abstrats:The ability of engineering practice of engineering talents was analyzed, and it was put forward that the ability of engineering practice of engineering talents consist of essential ability, characteristic ability, post ability and differential ability in the paper. Major factors effecting on function of universities in training of ability of engineering practice of engineering talents were discussed, and it was also put forward that function of universities in training of ability of engineering practice of engineering talents is determined by the method. The function of universities at present in training of ability of engineering practice of engineering talents was analyzed.%对卓越工程师的工程实践能力进行分析，提出卓越工程师的工程实践能力由基本能力、特色能力、岗位能力和差异能力四部分构成；对影响高校在卓越工程师工程实践能力培养中的作用的主要因素进行了讨论，对现阶段高校在卓越工程师工程实践能力培养中的作用进行了分析。
