基于Simulation对转炉倾动装置扭力杆的有限元分析

摘要

Analysis the Torsion bar of the Tilting machanism by the software Simulation of Solidworks,and contrast this method with the traditional computing method,analysis its force and displacement,probe into its force feature,provide theory evidence of the Torsion bar design.%通过Solidworks软件中的Simulation有限元分析模块对转炉倾动机构中的缓冲装置扭力杆进行分析，并与传动理论计算方法进行对比，分析其受力状态及位移状态，探讨其力学特性，为扭力杆的设计与研究提供理论依据。
